Dog Man and his kitty Li'l Petey are getting along great until a suspicious sitter arrives to care for Li'l Petey. It is the evil Petey and he begins working to make his clone Li'l Petey evil like him. Meanwhile, at work, Hollywood comes calling to do a movie on Dog Man and he is assigned to be the bodyguard for an actress named Yolay Caprese. However, things go awry and it takes Dog Man, Li'l Petey as Cat Kid, and 80-HD to save the day.
